Mother's Day Celebration

Thanks to all that came out for the Mother's Day Celebration for the assisted living home. We had a wonderful time worshiping and sharing the word of God. The Girls Clubs from our church sang for the elderly and the residents said they really enjoyed it. At the end of the service, the members of Powder Springs Church of God and the girls clubs and U-design jewelry owner, presented the residents with a beautiful "MOM" bracelet designed by Kelly Vaughn with semi-precious quality materials of Swarovski pearls,crystals and sterling silver. They were wrapped and presented in an sweet pink organza bag and special tags made by the girls, that said, "Happy Mother's Day." The resident mothers loved their bracelets and said they enjoyed their special day made possible by the Powder Springs Church of God.

Powder Springs Church of God - Assisted Living Home Community Outreach

Powder Springs Church of God has an outreach to the local assisted living home. The residents are precious people. We share kindness and love to them on the 2nd Saturday of the month at 10 am. We invite the community to get involved by sharing their talents, time and monetary means to help the citizens enjoy their independence.
